RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS
No credit or exchanges will be accepted without prior approval. If the
product is proved to be defective, the exclusive remedy available and
the sellers only obligation shall be, at the seller's option, to replace the
product or refund the purchase price paid for the product.

consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory asserted
